About Me

Hi, I am Tegan! I am a Toronto-born Halifax-based multidisciplinary theatre artist who can't make my mind up about what part of theatre I like the most. I am recent graduate of Dalhousie University's Fountain School of Performing Arts Stage Design and Technical Theatre program where I specialized in lighting design and props. One of my earliest memories was riding into the living room on a toy elephant during family gatherings and forcing everyone to watch my elaborate performances. I am not sure exactly where I caught my love of theatre but that was certainly an early symptom. 

In my free time, I dabble in playwriting, photography, watching movies, cosplay, and thinking about Sherlock Holmes. I am also an avid collector of all things Doctor Who. Recently I have been The Lighting Designer for DalTheatres Three Sisters, Set Designer for Around + Out Theatre co. touring production of Horse Girls, and Lighting and Sound Designer for High Times at The Heart Institute for Stone Fence Theatre.
